REFUND POLICY
Please unwrap each item carefully and check contents. If you are missing any pieces please re-check all packaging materials.
We take great care in preparing and packaging our goods, but we are aware that items can get damaged in transit.
If you do receive a damaged item, please follow the instructions below.
1. Within 48 hours of receiving your goods, please email our Customer Service Team on :-

Include your full name, invoice number (found on your invoice), product code and quantity. Please attach to the email photographs of the damaged item.
2. We will respond within 48 hours, we may advise you to return the damaged item.
Upon receiving the damaged item, we will issue you with a refund.
Returns must be completed within 14 days
